Lemon butter chicken with thyme

Serves 2
Prepartation time 3 minutes
Cooking time 9 minutes

Ingredients

2 chicken thighs
2 lemon slices
1 sprig of thyme
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbsp of olive oil
15g unsalted butter
1/4 cup white wine

garnishes
30g cherry tomatoes

Method
  1. Season chicken thighs with lemon slices, thyme, salt and pepper.
  2. Heat up a non-stick pan with oil and unsalted butter. Pan-fry the chicken for 3 minutes on each side. Then deglaze the pan with white wine. Let the chicken rest for 3 minutes in the pan.
  3. Garnish and serve.
