Ingredients
4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup tomato juice (do not use fresh juice, which taste too sour)
80g carrots, peeled and blended
Garnish:
10g chopped chives
15g yellow cherry tomatoes
20g thinly sliced fresh salmon
Method
- Combine all the juices well. Bring to boil.
- Transfer contents to bowl. Add fresh salmon. Let it cook in the soup.
- Garnish and serve.
