Warm lemon tomato and carrot soup



Serves 2
Preparation Time 5 minutes
Cooking Time 5 minutes


Ingredients



4 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 cup tomato juice (do not use fresh juice, which taste too sour)
80g carrots, peeled and blended


Garnish:


10g chopped chives
15g yellow cherry tomatoes
20g thinly sliced fresh salmon


Method
  1. Combine all the juices well. Bring to boil.
  2. Transfer contents to bowl. Add fresh salmon. Let it cook in the soup.
  3. Garnish and serve.
