50g coix seed (Barley, yi ren)
30g red beans
30g unpolished rice (brown rice)
dash of salt or rock sugar
Method:
- Rinse coix seed and red beans. Soak in water for about 2-3 hours.
- Rinse unpolished rice and soak in water.
- Cook coix seed, red beans and rice in half a pot of water.
- Turn down the heat and cook for 2 hours, season with rock sugar or salt.
