50g rice
10 red dates
dash of salt or rock sugar
Method:
- Rinse rice and soak in water for about 2 hours. Soak red dates till soft.
- Cook rice and red dates in half a pot of water.
- Turn down the heat and cook for 1 hour, season with salt or rock sugar.
