

INGREDIENTS:
2 Egg Whites
½ cup Sugar
¼ tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking Powder
½ cup Coarse Cracker crumbs
1 cup chopped Dates½ cup chopped Walnuts
½ tsp Vanilla Essence
METHOD:
1. Beat egg white until foamy.
Add in sugar a tbsp at a time while beating, until stiff peaks formed.
Fold in the rest of ingredients.
2. Pour into a greased 8 inch pie tin.
Bake at 170C for 30 minutes.
Cool and slice.
