Ingredients:
5 potatoes
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 slices streaky bacons , pan fry untill crispy and cut into smaller pieces
50g cheese, shredded
100ml sour cream
some chopped pring onion
5 pieces aluminium foil
Method:
- Rinse and scrub potatoes, wipe dry and prick the skin with fork.
- Rub the potato with cooking oil, then half wrap with foil.
- Bake at 200 ÂșC for one hour till cooked.
Remove and garnish with sour cream, cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with chopped srping onions.
