Baked Potatoes

Serves 4

Ingredients:

5 potatoes
1 tbsp cooking oil
2 slices streaky bacons , pan fry untill crispy and cut into smaller pieces
50g cheese, shredded
100ml sour cream
some chopped pring onion
5 pieces aluminium foil

Method:

  1. Rinse and scrub potatoes, wipe dry and prick the skin with fork.
  2. Rub the potato with cooking oil, then half wrap with foil.
  3. Bake at 200 ÂșC for one hour till cooked.
    Remove and garnish with sour cream, cheese and bacon. Sprinkle with chopped srping onions.
