UPDATE: Here is the recipe, retyped to simplify:
(Makes > 2 dozens)
INGREDIENTS:
6 Egg Whites
200g Caster Sugar
3 tbs Cocoa Powder - sieved
1 tsp White Vinegar
50g Dark Chocolate - finely chopped
Topping - double cream / whipping cream / fresh cream
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180C.
2. Beat egg whites until soft peaks.
Add sugar, a spoonful at a time until stiff.
Add in cocoa powder, vinegar & chopped chocolate - stir well each addition.
Spoon into paper cups.
3. Reduce oven temperature to 150C & bake for 45 minutes until crispy on the surface.
Turn off oven, keep door ajar slightly & cool in the oven.
Keep in an airtight container until serving time.
4. Just before serving, top with cream & fruits.
