300g soya beans
3 l water
1 tsp gypsum powder
3 tbsp cornflour
100g water
Sugar Sauce
250g sugar
350g water
3 pandan leaves
Method:
- Soak beans and blend with water into fine paste.
- Place blended beancurd into a bag and squeeze out the soya milk.
- Add in remaining water and squeeze again.
- Boil soya milk in a saucepan.
- Add gypsum powder and cornflour into boiling soya milk and leave to solidify for 20 mins.
Method for sugar sauce:
- Boil sugar, water and pandan leaves.
- Serve beancurd with sugar sauce.
