Ingredients:
200g potaotes
100g green peas , cooked, then pureed
10g fresh herbs, chopped
20g unsalted butter
35g thickedned cream
pinch of salt and pepper
For garnish:
20g cooked green peas
Method:
- In a pot of boiling water, cook the potatoes for 5-7 minutes or till it is fork-tender.
- Drain off the excess water, mash the potatoes till fine.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Garnish and serve.
