Thalipith Bhajani in Marathi
Yield: 1 and 1/2 kg bhajani Flour
Ingredients:
1 kg Rice
200 gram black chickpeas, whole
200 gram Urad Dal, whole (peels on)
3/4 cup Wheat
1/4 kg Jowar seeds, whole
100 gram Coriander seeds
2 tbsp Cumin
Method:
1) Roast all the ingredients separately over medium heat until nice pinkish brown.
2) Mix all the ingredients and grind to coarse powder. Bhajani should not be too coarse but very little coarse than wheat chapati flour.
