INGREDIENTS:
6-8 pieces Chicken feet
2 Shallots*
Some Chili Padi & Red Chili*
1 Kasturi Lime*
Ginger Flower*
Mint Leaves* (* chopped)
1 tbsp Nampla
Sugar & Salt
METHOD:
Boil or pressure cook chicken feet until tender.
Deboned & mix with the rest of the ingredients.
