Curry Noodles @ Mee Kari II

When I saw Dayang Jack made Mee Kari, my temptation went up very high that I went to the market next day to look for the ingredients. Today I was in the kitchen very early in the morning to prepare this Mee Kari for our breakfast.....  by now they are all gone...! 

See below, the thick & rich curry gravy..... slurrrrp... delicious...hehehe.... The taste is almost like Mee Jawa.

(Serves 7-9 people)
Bahan A :
Mi kuning secukupnya (direbus sedikit)
tauge (dicelur)
sawi (dicelur)
hirisan cili merah
sedikit daging rebus (dihiris nipis2)
telur rebus
hirisan daun sup
bawang goreng
tauhu goreng (dihiris)
limau kasturi jika perlu (tp dyg x suka ltk limau sb kurang sedap)
lain2 hiasan jika suka
    Bahan B : Kuah
    300-400 g keledek merah rebus (dikisar dgn air secukupnya)
    3-4 sudu makan serbuk kari ayam (dibancuh dgn sedikit air)
    rempah 4 sekawan (bunga lawang, kulit kayu manis,cengkih & pelaga)
    1/2 labu bawang besar
    5 biji bawang merah (dikisar)
    2 biji bawang putih (dikisar)
    1 sudu besar udang kering (dikisar)
    1/2 inci halia (dikisar)
    1 sudu makan tepung gandum (dibancuh dgn sedikit air)
    garam dan gula secukup rasa
    air secukupnya
      Cara-cara :
      1. Tumis rempah dan bahan2 kisar hingga terbit bau.
      2. Masukkan pes kari. Tumis hingga pecah minyak.
      3. Masukkan keledek kisar dan air secukupnya. Kacau dan biarkan ia mendidih.
      4. Perasakan dgn garam dan gula. 
      5. Masukkan bancuhan tepung gandum dan kacau kuahnya hingga sedikit pekat.
      6. Jika terlalu pekat, tambahlah air panas.
      7. Setelah masak, hidangkan bersama bahan2 yg lain.
