Brinjal in HoiSin Sauce

A simple dish.....

INGREDIENTS:
2-3 Long Brinjals - halved & cut 
2 Red Chilies*
2 Shallots*
2 cloves Garlic* (* pounded) 
2 tbsp Dried Shrimps - soaked & chopped 
1 tbsp Hoisin Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce

METHOD:
1. Heat up few tbsp oil & sautee the brinjals until golden.
Put aside.

2. Heat up few tbsp oil & fry pounded ingredients & shrimps fragrant.
Add in sauce & brinjals.
Dish out.
