Hot Dogs with Potatoes and Cheese

Directions:

Slice wieners almost in half length wise (still in tact by skin).

Cook in microwave (not too long) don't want them all shriveled up.

Add a big "glob" of mashed potatoes on top (spread on thick all over).

Top with 1/2 sliced sandwich cheese.

Bake in oven until cheese melts.

It's good! My boy's showed their wives how to make them.
