Banana Marble Cake

Another superb recipe....it almost melting in the mouth without teeth much needed LOL.

Sorry, I'm very busy at the moment having to cope alone while hubby is travelling. So, I simply copy from the original source. If anyone needs translation, just shout.

Buat makcik-makcik semua, cuba, jangan tak cuba....best ni...!

Bahan-bahannya
250g self raising flour }
1/4st soda bicarbonate }ayak
garam }
185g butter
160g gula halus (tak cukup tambah lagi..ikut manis lidah)
3 biji telur
3 biji pisang berangan - lenyekkan
esen vanilla
100g cooking choc. – cairkan
emulco - option

Cara-caranya
1. Pukul mentega dan gula sehingga kembang.
2. Masukkan pisang yang telah dilenyek, esen vanilla dan gaul rata.
3. Masukkan telur satu persatu dan pukul hingga sebati.
4. Masukkan pula bahan-bahan yang telah diayak tadi, sedikit demi sedikit dan kacau semua sehingga sebati.
5. Bahagikan adunan kepada 2 bahagian, satunya dibiarkan plain dan satu lagi dicampurkan dengan coklat masakan yang telah dicarikan. Kalau warnanya tidak berapa coklat boleh anda tambahkan coklat emulco.
6. Sendukkan kedalam loyang antara adunan plain dan juga coklat dan marblekan seperti biasa.
7. Bakar pada suhu 175 – 180’C selama 50 minit sehingga ia masak dengan sempurna.

ENGLISH VERSION
Makes one 8" square cake
INGREDIENTS:
250g Self-raising Flour*
1/4 tsp Bic Soda* (* sifted together) 
185g Butter
160g Sugar
3 Eggs
3 Bananas - mashed 
1 tsp EV
100g Cooking Chocolate - melted 
Choc Emulco - option

METHOD:
1. Cream butter & sugar until fluffy.
Add in banana & EV.
Beat in egg one by one.
Fold in flour mixture gradually until well mixed.

2. Divide into two portions.
Add chocolate & emulco to one portion.
Pour into a lined/greased tin alternately plain & choc portion.
Bake 180C for 50min or until cooked.
