No accurate measurement is necessary to make this. Below recipe is just as a guide.

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 Yam - cubed & steamed/boiled
Some Button Mushrooms*
3 tbsp Dried Shrimps*
2 Red Chilies*
1 Big Onions*
2 cloves Garlic* (* chopped)
Flour
Salt
METHOD:
1. Heat up few tbsp oil & stir fry chopped ingredients*.
Cook for few minutes & dish out.
2. Mashed steamed yam coarsely & add in fried ingredients, flour & salt.
The batter should be thick like photo below.
If too dry can add a bit of water.
3. Heat up oil in a wok for deep fry.
Spoon batter into the hot oil & fry until cooked & golden color.
Serve with chili sauce.

BAHASA MALAYSIA VERSION
1/2 Keladi - potong kecil & kukus/rebus
Cendawan Butang*
3 tbsp Udg Kering*
2 Cili Merah*
1 Bwg Besar*
2 ulas Bwg Putih* (* cincang)
Tepung
Garam
CARA2:
1. PAnaskan minyak & tumis bhn2 yg di cincang.
Masak sebentar sehingga layu & angkat.
2. Lenyek keladi kasar2 & campurkan bhn goreng, tepung & garam.
Adunan ini pekat spt gambar di atas.
Kalau terlalu kering, campurkan sedikit air.
3. Panaskan minyak utk menggoreng.
Sudukan adunan ke dlm minyak & goreng sehingga kekuningan.
