Noodles with Special Gravy (Mee Rebus)

 I've created this special gravy to serve with my homemade noodles that I made here. The idea came up the moment I woke this morning..... so that's where it started with dough rolling & spinning.... hehehe the holiday was filled up with food thought rather than exercising (my excuse was the weather causing the park too wet  for me to run... I'm telling this to Cik Liz who is so eager to see me loosing 2 kg by Monday - at least I have not put on more...LOL).

Serves 5 persons
INGREDIENTS:
100g Beef - sliced 
1/2 Chicken Breast - chopped
1/2 cup Shelled Shrimps
1 cup Sliced Fish Balls
4-5 Shallots*
2-3 cloves Garlic* (* blend)
2 tbsp Chili Paste
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
1 Potato - boiled & blend with 1 cup water 
1 bunch Mustard Leaves - cut 
1 Tomato - cubed 
Salt & 1 tsp Sugar

METHOD:
1. Heat up few tbsp oil & stir fry blended ingredients & chili paste.
Add in beef,chicken, fish balls & shrimps.
Stir fry until all are cooked.
Add in oyster sauce & tomato puree.
Add in potato puree & about 1 liter water and let it boil.
Add sugar & salt to taste.

2. Finally just before taking it off heat, add in mustard leaves and tomato.

3. Scoop the hot gravy over a plate of blanched noodles.
Garnish with sliced chili, lime, chili oil & fried onions.

BAHAN2:
100g Daging - hiris nipis
1/2 Dada Ayam - hiris kecil
1/2 cwn Udang Kecil - di kopek kulit 
1 cwn Fish Ball yg di hiris
4-5 Bwg Merah*
2-3 Bwg Putih* (* kisar)
2 sb Cili Mesin
2 sb Oyster Sauce
2 tbsp Tomato Puree
1 biji Kentang - rebus & blend dgn 1 cwn air
1 ikat Sawi - potong
1 Tomato - potong
Garam & 1 st Gula

CARA2:
1. Panaskan minyak & tumis bhn kisar & cili mesin.
+ Daging, ayam, fish balls & udang.
Kacau sehingga semua nya masak.
+ oyster sauce & tomato puree.
+ kentang blend & 1 liter air sehingga menggelegak.
+ gula & garam secukup nya.

2. Akhir nya, sebelum api di padamkan, masukkan sayur sawi & tomato.

3. Sendukkan kuah ke atas sepinggan mee kuning yg telah di celur.
Tabur hirisan cili & bwg goreng & perahan limau.
