Pudachya Vadya Images
Cilantro stuffing
Roll the dough into oval shape.
Apply oil+Goda masala mixture in the middle.
Put the stuffing in the center.
Fold the long sides first.
Fold the small sides and make prism shaped tight roll.
Deep fry this whole roll in medium hot oil.
Besan Laddu - Step by step Images
Add Ghee and besan into a pan. The consistency will be thick, but keep stirring.
Within 10 minutes, mixture will become thin in consistency. Keep stirring over medium low heat.
After 40 minutes, besan will get cook well. You will sense nice aroma. Color of mixture will change slightly to reddish. Consistency will be more thin.
After 40-45 minutes,turn off the heat. Sprinkle 2 to 3 tbsp milk.
Stir 2-3 times. Mixture will become little fussy, you will see lot of bubbles.
Within few seconds mixture will become thick.
After mixture become lukewarm, add sugar and cardamom powder. You can add nuts along with sugar and cardamom.
Mix and make laddus. Happy Diwali

Dryfruit Filling for Karanji
Roll the dough ball into a small Puri. Put approx 1 tbsp filling in the center.
Apply Milk / water with finger on the edges (half area)
Close the edges and seal nicely.
Make Impressions with fork to decorate.
Cut excessive dough with cutter.
Make all Karanjis and coat with little ghee
Preheat oven at 275 F. Bake for approx 45 minutes. Baked Karanjis are ready.

Wet the plastic sheet with little water.

Place around 2 tbsp batter on plastic sheet.

Poke with your finger

Hold the paper in your left hand, wet your right hand. Carefully transfer the shaped vada batter from plastic sheet to your right hand fingers and now leave it into hot oil to deep fry.

Golden Medu Vadas are ready to serve!
