Tomato in Meat Stock

Ingredients:

1 tomato
2 tbsp meat stock


Method:

  1. Slash on the surface of the tomato, dip in boiling water.
  2. Peel and chop finely.
  3. Add the tomato the the stock and cook till soft.



Tips and info:

  • Meat stock can be prepare in advance and freeze in the ice box. Just remove and heat up as and when.
  • The organic acid in tomato aids in releasing calcium from the meat stock which is essential for the development of bones.
  • This recipe is suitable for toddler at the age of 9 to 12 months.
