1 tomato
2 tbsp meat stock
Method:
- Slash on the surface of the tomato, dip in boiling water.
- Peel and chop finely.
- Add the tomato the the stock and cook till soft.
Tips and info:
- Meat stock can be prepare in advance and freeze in the ice box. Just remove and heat up as and when.
- The organic acid in tomato aids in releasing calcium from the meat stock which is essential for the development of bones.
- This recipe is suitable for toddler at the age of 9 to 12 months.
