Bahan :
Cumi-cumi
1 sdm arak masak
1 1/2 sdt jahe parut
1 sdt bumbu ngohiang
½ sdt merica
2 sdt garam
185 tepung kanji
1 gls air kapur sirih bening
minyak goreng
cara :
cumi cumi dicuci bersih, buang kepalanya dan rendam dalam arak dan jahe parut selama ½ jam. Masak dalam panci tertutup dengan diberi air kapur sampai air habis. Potong bulat-bulat dan beri garam, merica dan ngohiang. Gulingkan dalam tepung, lalu goreng dalam minyak panas sampai kering.
