(Makes 20 cups)
INGREDIENTS:
3 Eggs
230g Caster Sugar
1tsp Vanilla Essence
200g Flour
1 tsp Ovalette
150ml 100 Plus
Color
METHOD:
1. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla essence & ovelatte with high speed until fluffy.
Add in flour & beat until thick.
Add in 100 Plus & mix well.
2. Fill cups, drop color & stir with stick.
Steam 15 minutes.
