INGREDIENTS:
1 packet Jelly Powder (13g packet)
1 liter Water
250g Sugar
6 Pandan Leaves - blended for juice
1 Coconut --> produced 1 cup thick Santan
2 Eggs
Green color (optional, without it the bottom will be colorless)
METHOD:
1. Boil jelly & water until dissolved.
Add in sugar & stir until dissolved.
2. Slightly beat egg, santan, pandan juice & color.
Add into the boiled jelly.
Pour into mould & cool at room temperature.
Chill to completely set.
