Spicy Navy Beans
5 cans Navy beans
1 can Rotel
1 pack smoked sausage
1 c. water
In large to medium pot, mix all cans (undrained), slice smoked sausage into 1/2-1" pieces and brown in skillet. Place smoked sausage into the bean pot, stir together and heat until hot. Serve with cornbread or crackers.
Want more of a kick use 4 cans of beans and omit the water-hot, hot, hot. Want less of a kick, add more beans.
