This is nice to go with rice as side dish or sandwich it between two pieces of bread or eat it with Roti Canai...
You can adjust the amount of chili to suit your liking.... mine is very mild as I used the type of dried chili that is less stinging hot.

INGREDIENTS:
2 Eggs
2 Shallots*
1 clove Garlic*
1/2cm Belachan*
1 tbsp Ikan Bilis* (* pounded)
3 tbsp Chili Paste
1/2 Big Onion - sliced
Salt
METHOD:
Heat up 4 tbsp oil & fry pounded ingredients, chili paste & salt until fragrant.
Add in big onion & continue to stir until it turns translucent.
Break in eggs & stir until it turns into scrambled.
Dish out!
