Sambal Sotong Kembang (Again)

 The last time I made this was two years ago.... wow, I'm surprised myself when I checked the last entry - see here. This is one of our dishes this afternoon and we had it with white rice. I imagined how delicious to have Nasi lemak and this sambal dish... aaaargh what a seduction.... will make Nasi Lemak for tonight then...!
