Lemon granita with wild berries


Serves 2
standing time freeze overnight
Preparation time 3 minutes

1/2 cup lemon juice
1 cup orange juice
10g lemon wedge
3 strawberries
4 gooseberries
1 kiwi wedge

garnishes
1 lemon (for serving)


  1. Slice the lemon in half. Scrape out the fresh of a lemon to make it into a cup.

  2. Combine the juices in a box. Freeze overnight.

  3. Before serving, place the juiced ice into a plastic bag. Crush the ice into the lemon cup.

  4. Garnish and serve.
