Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
25g sliced red shallots
45g salmon, diced
45g tiger prawn
2 tbsp lemon juice
30g fresh pineapples, cut into cubes
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 chilli padi
Method:
- Heat up a non-stick wok with oil and fry shallots till fragant.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients and fry for 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
