Smoked salmon bagel with cream cheese

Serves 2
Preparation time 5 minutes

Ingredients

65g smoked salmon
Cream cheese rosette:
75g cream cheese
15ml double cream
5g tinned anchovies
10g chopped chives


garnish:


5g dill
15g mixed greens
2 toasted bagels
1 tbsp salmon roe
35g ready made pickled vegetables




Method
  1. Whisk the ingredietns for the cream cheese rosette together.


  2. Spoon the cream cheese into a piping bag. Pipe the cream cheese into a rosette shape on each bagel.


  3. Fold the smoked salmon like a rose and place on bagel. Garnish and serve.
