Vegetables Sandwiches


Ingredients

100g carrot
100g small cucumber
60g soft cheese
1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 slices bread
dash of salt and lemon juice

Method



  1. Peel carrot and cucumber. Chop finely and cook well. drain.

  2. Mix well with cheese, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt.

  3. Evenly spread mixture on the bread. Cut into small pieces or roll into the shape of a cylinder.


Tips and info:
  • The bread can be slightly toasted for a more crunchy bite.
  • Cheese is rich in calcium and is a good alternative source of calcium besides milk.
