
INGREDIENTS:
Watermelon skin - peeled & cut
1 Red Chilli*
1 Shallot*
1 clove Garlic* (*sliced)
1 Turmeric leaf - tear to small pieces
1 Maggee Ikan Bilis mini cube
Salt & pepper
METHOD:
1. Place all ingredients in a pot.
Add sufficient water.
Boil & ready!
