
INGREDIENTS:
½ Chicken - cut
10 Shallots*
1 inch Ginger*
3 Lemon grass* (*blend)
5 tbsp Chilli paste
½ cup Soya sauce
1 tbsp Kerisik (roasted coconut paste)
METHOD:
1. Heat up oil & fry blended ingredients & chilli paste until fragrant.
Add Chicken & soya sauce. Stir until chicken is cooked & gravy is thick.
Add in Kerisik & cook further until almost dry.
2. Serve with rice, Ketupat or Lemang.
