INGREDIENTS:
Beef - sliced thinly
3 Shallots*
1 cloves Garlic*
1/2" Ginger*
1 Lemongras*
1 each Red/Green Chili*
Some Chili Padi* (* pounded)
2 tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Tamarind Paste
Salt & Sugar
METHOD:
Mix all & wrap in a foil.
Bake in an oven or in a pot until cooked.
