I cooked mine with coconut sambal.... delicious. Sorry, am very tired after hard time in office & not in a mood to type much and this is just an ordinary dish. If anyone needs the recipe drop me a comment....
UPDATE: Here is the recipe just for you Love....
INGREDIENTS:
A packet of Four-Angled Beans - cut to small pieces
1-2 Red Chilies*
Chili Padi* (optional)
1-2 Shallots - sliced*
1 clove Garlic*
1 tbsp Dried Shrimps* - soaked for a while
1cm Belacan* (* pounded)
1/2 cp Fresh Grated Coconut
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Salt & Sugar
METHOD:
1. Pound all ingredients marked* until fine.
Add in coconut & turmeric powder, salt & sugar and lightly pound until well mixed.
2. Heat up few tbsp oil & fry the pounded ingredients & beans all one go.
Stir until fragrant & need not be too long if you like the beans to stay crunchy.
Dish out.
