2 can of lychee
2 pkt agar agar powder
10 ozs (300g) sugar
Pandan leaves
1 tsp condensed milk
Pink colouring
64 ozs (1840ml) water
Method:
- Add water to lychee syrup measuring to 64 ozs water. Put in sugar, agar agar powder and pandan leaves to boil.
- Dip each lychee into the above agar agar and place onto mould.
- Take out 30 ozs (850ml) of plain agar agar and add in pink colouring, poured into mould till the dipped lychee are covered.
- Take out another 150ozs of agar agar, add in the condensed milk and pink colouring. Poured on top of the plain jelly.
- Pour in the remaining plain jelly on top of the condensed milk jelly.
- Let it set to serve.
