Lychee Jelly

Ingredients:

2 can of lychee
2 pkt agar agar powder
10 ozs (300g) sugar
Pandan leaves
1 tsp condensed milk
Pink colouring
64 ozs (1840ml) water

Method:

  1. Add water to lychee syrup measuring to 64 ozs water. Put in sugar, agar agar powder and pandan leaves to boil.
  2. Dip each lychee into the above agar agar and place onto mould.
  3. Take out 30 ozs (850ml) of plain agar agar and add in pink colouring, poured into mould till the dipped lychee are covered.
  4. Take out another 150ozs of agar agar, add in the condensed milk and pink colouring. Poured on top of the plain jelly.
  5. Pour in the remaining plain jelly on top of the condensed milk jelly.
  6. Let it set to serve.
